Hi, I'm Kristin and I created Live Your Dream Italy in 2024 for people like us - excited about living in Italy! 

Then in the summer of 2025, one of my closest friends and I were very fortunate to be able to buy our home in Sardinia for €40,000 after seriously searching for a few months. We bought it sight unseen, fully furnished and thankfully, with no work to be done. So far, everything has been perfect and we're still pinching ourselves and waiting for "the bureaucracy" to come knocking on the door!
